KCI products available for purchase on-line are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make on-line purchases of up to four items per style, unless otherwise stated. PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products. Prices displayed on the KCI website or HOUSE OF KAS are quoted in U.S. dollars. KCI accepts the following forms of payment for on-line purchases:
The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
KCI charges state, local and county taxes on on-line transactions, as required by applicable laws.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For security reasons, KCI on-line purchases will require an Adult (21+) signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by UPS.
All purchases are shipped via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. KCI cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the ship date to 1081 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Washington for a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original kennykas.com invoice. Sale merchandise is final sale.
kennykas.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet return requirements. Refunds are made at the discretion of KAS Collection Inc..
RETURN BY MAIL
1- Indicate the reason code for return on your original kennykas.com invoice and include this invoice with the corresponding merchandise inside your package.
2- Attach the pre-paid UPS shipment label from your order paperwork to the exterior of your shipment packaging. Please take note of the UPS return tracking number for your records.
3- Drop your package off at a verified UPS location for delivery to our return facility.
Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed. kennykas.com will contact customers by phone or email to confirm the arrival of returned merchandise. kennykas.com is not responsible for merchandise stolen or lost in transit to the KCI E-Commerce Store.

EXCHANGE IN STORE
1- Merchandise brought to an KCI Boutique is subject to exchange only for product of equal value or more. No refunds or store credit will be issued at any KCI Boutique location. For refund, please see above return by mail instructions.
2- The original kennykas.com invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
3- Men’s merchandise can only be exchanged at an House of KAS Boutique that carries the KCI Mens collection. The Exchange In Store policy does not apply to KCI outlet stores or any KCI affiliates.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. Products purchased from KCI on-line arrive suitable for gift giving. Products are tissue wrapped and enclosed in a signature KCI package. Gifts will be shipped with a priceless invoice, necessary for any exchange.
KAS Collection Inc. gift cards are available from $100 to $5000 and can be purchased in an House of KAS Boutique only. They are enclosed in a signature KAS Collection Inc. gift box tied with a satin ribbon.
KAS Collection Inc. gift cards are redeemable for merchandise at any House of KAS owned store in the United States. They are not redeemable online at this time and cannot be redeemed for cash, except in those states that require redemption for cash. In addition, they should be safeguarded like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.KAS Collection Inc. is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.
Full-priced KCI products purchased from KCI on-line may be taken, along with the original sales slip, to a House of KAS Boutique for complimentary alteration service. KCI offers repair service for KCI products purchased on-line or in a House of KAS Boutique . We recommend you visit the original boutique of purchase for assistance with repairs. If you cannot bring the product to the House of KAS Boutique please contact us at the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may provide a more detailed repair assessment. Please be sure to include the repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. All repair information and repair charge estimates will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.
